If you don’t feel like joining the Guild (spoiler; you should) then you’ve got two main choices;
Grab an Explorer’s Kit
This is great for people who are curious, would like to learn about themselves, and venture slightly off the beaten track without going crazy and climbing mountains, fording rivers, and generally returning covered head to toe in mud. With this one you can go on the Explorer’s Journeys but not the Stand Alone Adventures.
Strap on an Adventurer’s Pack
Perfect for people who DO want to go crazy, run off into the wilds, climb mountains, ford rivers, get caked in mud, and (if you’re very lucky) slay your monsters in the process. You’ll need one of these to play any of the games requiring skills, abilities, and the full character sheet.
The Third Option
